TCM + Yin With Acupuncturist Nat Mounsey + Yoga Therapist Aimee Lowe

Sunday 6th October

10 - 2pm

Facilitated by Acupuncturist Nat Mounsey and Yoga Therapist + Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer Aimee Lowe

Investment:

4hrs workshop

Nat has a degree in Acupuncture from The College of Integrated Chinese medicine and completed an Advanced Course in China working alongside Chinese Acupuncturists in Bejing hospitals.

Her professional experience is diverse and includes work within a Sri Lankan charity clinic and luxury cruise liners. Nat now concentrates her energies on her private practice just outside of Newquay where she continues to share the health benefits of acupuncture from her business called The Hide at Lanteague.

“I like to treat many ailments including migraines , pain, arthritis , anxiety but after completing a number of courses , I am specialising more in woman’s health”.

Founder of The Nook Wellbeing + Creative Space, Aimee’s joy for all things Yin started many moons ago.

As a seasoned yogi, having studied stronger more dynamic practices of yoga for many years and struggling with her own health, Aimee fell upon yin (literally!) and instantly felt an affinity with this slower-paced introspective practice.

Aimee finds that her facilitation as a Trauma-informed Yoga Therapist and Creative Arts Facilitator marries magically with this style of practice and infuses her knowledge of Ayurveda and TCM into her classes and private client sessions.

“I encourage release into being held and holding ourselves, to yield with whatever arises, to soften into the present moment - into the ‘being’ rather than the ‘doing’ of practice”.

Join us for this bespoke collaboration. As acupuncturist Nat and Aimee fuse their holistic practices to bring you a 1/2 day retreat overspilling with goodness, nourishment, knowledge and wisdom! Learn about the fundamentals of Chinese Medicine (TCM), dive in deeply to delicious Yin Yoga sequencing, learn specific acupressure points to stimulate wellness, enjoy soothing meditations and guided relaxation...this 1/2 day retreat is bursting with goodness and we cannot wait to share it all with you!
