Here you will find some helpful links for free wellbeing tools and links to health and wellness organisations

If you're in Cornwall and need help with a mental health crisis, you can call the free, 24/7 NHS mental health response line at 0800 038 5300. If you need urgent help for your mental health, get help from NHS 111 online or call 111

Your mental health is as important as your physical health. You will not be wasting anyone's time. You can also call 999 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
