Sunday 12th May

10am - 1pm

Unwind in this 3 hour deep dive into rest! Sink into a blissful half day workshop which will nourish and support you this Spring. A floor-based practice in which we will pause in supported yoga shapes for several minutes at a time. Fusing TCM, Ayurvedic wisdom and seasonal balancing into our theme and dropping back into the 'lingering' of being in the yoga forms to give your body and mind time to passively stretch, open and release stored tensions.

Spirit of Creativity

6 Week Course Creativity Course

Saturday 10th August - Saturday 14th September

10am - 12pm

We believe passionately that we are all creative beings and that we can all find connectivity and healing through harnessing our creativity and this is a course all about that!; CREATIVITY; What is it? Where is it? How do we access it?… just some of the enquiries we will be exploring whilst gently excavating your inner artist! WE ALL HAVE ONE!

Providing small group and 1:1 personalised facilitation.

Whether you are part of a group experience or have booked a private consultation, individualised care is at the heart of what we do.

All your movement + mindfulness sessions take place in our soothing Wellbeing Room. The Creative Art Therapies will be explored in our spacious Art Room and our 1:1 consultations in our cosy Treatment Space.
