Community
We believe in access to all when it comes to wellbeing. As a business we have strived to balance the scales within our services. Join us for our free or donation based community sessions.
We are continually exploring ways to bring more community sessions to our local population. We currently volunteer these free groups. Donations welcomed.
We hope to continue establishing a wealth of support through working together with other wellbeing practitioners to provide a plethora of varied wellbeing sessions, courses and content throughout the annual schedule.

Connect
Did you know we offer regular monthly community sessions? Through volunteered Wellbeing sessions we facilitate self-care inspired workshops, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga groups and group sessions for people living with invisible illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, M.E, CFS, Long-Covid.
Do you have an idea about a community group? We’d love to hear from you.

Peer to peer
Since Covid there has been reports of an increase in isolation and the negative impact that this has had on mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. We aim to encourage group, peer to peer support and interaction. To positively impact lives by re-establishing connection, the forming of new relationships and to ease loneliness through community and shared experiences.
