Want to improve your flexibility, or work on your strength and mobility, build connection with others or connect to a deeper aspect within your practice, whatever the reason, we have a nook for you.
Single Session £10 / 5 Class Pass £45 / 10 Class Pass £80
You can reschedule up to 5 hours before your class start time, just remember to save your Username and password to make any changes. Due to our smaller venue and availability, failing to reschedule after then will result in losing your credit.

Through Creative Art Therapies participants can experience and develop new understandings and appreciations in the arising sense of self.

Ayurveda
Known as the sister science of Yoga, Ayurveda is a 4,000-year-old system of natural healing that has its origins in the Vedic culture of India, it is a science of life which reminds us that health is the balanced and dynamic integration between our environment, body, mind, and spirit. Includes detailed feedback for home practice.

Trauma-informed facilitation
Includes central components of the Hatha style of Yoga. Participants engage in a series of physical forms and movements. This approach helps enhance the participants experience of ownership over their own body and experience, thus resulting in a sense off autonomy, self-empowerment and self-healing.
